목표  OBJECTIVE

초현실부동산은 의미를 간직한 오래된 건물과 그곳만의 기억을 발굴해 오늘날 우리를 위한 창조적 공간과 스토리로 만들어가는 부동산컨설팅 법인입니다. 건축과 공간의 ‘재발견’을 지향하며, 현실의 공급과 수요를 의미롭게 매칭시키는 새로운 형태의 조직입니다. 이를 위해 공간에 대한 기록과 리서치, 스토리 발굴 작업을 선제적으로 수행하며, 부동산 중개 이후에 새로운 사용자와 함께 공간기획, 리모델링 설계, 콘텐츠 제작을 통합적으로 진행해 갑니다.
Surreal Estate discovers old buildings with meaning and value and intermediates them to new users who need them. We are a new type of project team that aims to ‘rediscover’ architecture and space, meaningfully matching supply and demand of reality. For this job, we record, research, and find stories about area proactively, and after brokerage, we integrated space planning, remodeling design, and content production with new users.

초현실부동산은 공간의 가치 발굴과 새로운 활용에 관한 종합적인 컨설팅을 제공하는 전문가 그룹입니다. 하나의 공간을 위해 공간기획자, 건축가, 공인중개사, 행정가, 도시계획가, 디자이너, 에디터 등이 협력하여, 주변 도시공간의 기억과 흔적들을 창의적으로 계승해 갑니다. 
Surreal Estate is a group of experts who provide comprehensive consulting on the discovery and new utilization of space. For one space, space planners, architects, licensed real estate agents, administrators, urban planners, designers, editors, etc. work together to creatively inherit the memories and traces of the surrounding urban space.
